How_to_Resolve_The_SSL-Error-61
Note: The following install steps may require local
admin rights depending on your local domain policies.
If you
are receiving the SSL Error 61, it means you have an old Citrix Webclient installed on your machine. You will need to remove it and update to the
latest Citrix client.
You will need to contact your local IT support to assist in
uninstalling the old WebClient. We also highly suggest having your local IT
support assist in installing the new WebClient.
Once
uninstalled, you can navigate to the website portal: https://access.ca.gov and it will prompt you
to install the client.
Click
Agree and Click the INSTALL Button.
Follow
the on screen prompts.
Depending
on your browser/workstation security settings, you may get prompts to
Run/Save. Click Run.
You
should monitor the Installation.
Depending
on your workstation security settings, you may get prompts to for UAC. Click Yes.
Click Continue and Log in with your credentials.
Launch your application to verify you have successfully
installed the new Webclient.
